After years as a designer, Bernard Pourchet shifted his focus to an artistic practice where image becomes material. His works resemble cartographies of imaginary worlds, drawing the eye to explore their intricate details. Alain Ellouz Paris invited Pourchet to compose his visual scores in dialogue with the materiality of alabaster canvases.
